Yes an altercation at my apartment happen. And yes he got hammered good. For once in my apartment you are fair game. We used a portable drawing board over his head! While the sun house drawing was taped to it. So we pinned him down while I pick my next chosen weapon which is a 32lbs dumbbell and threaten him, while my friend trained in the arm forces pressured pointed his neck vain I stood over his head with my dumbbell and said "You are fair game now boy and I can kill ya" but I didn’t we just called the cops.

Now my necklace pieces are gone.
He ripped them off and kept them.

Darkroom Report:

1.Using Rino Tech Oven as dust free zone.

2.Cam Spray Pressure Washer is fixed and running.

($790.00 Industrial Grade Pressure Washer has features; like the nozzle tip can be pushed foward for high pressure that allows water rinse and push the tip back for low pressure that will draw soap into the gun.)

Pressure washer sprays with a sand papery feal when you stick your hand in front of the spray. A fine -but hard punching- fine spray is why this pressure washer rocks. Has adjustable knob for adjustable control of pressure giving you the flexibility to shape the spray into favorable demensions that can spray anykind of developing screens graphics without blowing out pinholes.

3. New screen practice is to completly clean every screen of anykind of grime to the point of spotlessness. Then turning on the soap funtion to completly remove any loose grime on the screen. Then rinse throughly and quickly throw it in the dryer. Fill the dryer up of all ten slots then its ready to coat them. After they all have dried. I mean, "Bone Dry"!!

4.To aviod the static field of each screen when taken out of the oven, hold the screen away from your body while taking it over to the coating area. Coat the screen and then again hold the screen from your body and throw it in the dust free zone of the Oven. (I want to find a windbreaker to wear. It is lint free.)

I found a new scrub mesh that you can buy at any store.

It is a wire mesh-scrub loaded with micro grit. The scrub is much too stiff to use for that it can pop a screen easy-

(personal exprience, while scrubbing with the "mesh-scrub" in the inner corner of the inner frame where the mesh of the screen meets the frame. Emultion gets lodged in the creavises and it is stubborn to come out. Just soak it with stencil remover and gently remove it with pressure washer or maybe scratch out with finger nail.)

"Back to Mesh-scrub"...

But if soaked in water and rolled up in hands you can smash it between your hands and roll it back and forth like when your hands are cold you tend to rub your palms back and forth to create friction, well thats what you do with this scrub-mesh. When you do that it releases micro grit and that micro grit is good for scoring a screens micro filament to ensure a better stronger stencil. Do it after soaping (while the soap is still on screen) and make sure that the mesh-scrub is soften up allot too. When apply micro grit with the mesh scrub lightly go in a swirl (GENTLEY!!) pattern when scoaring the screen. Keep the used scrub-meshes that you have been using for cleaning the screens frames from left over emulsion spots n such.

See "The Ideal" thought is to keep your oven as a dust free zone. Well we must insure that every screen that goes into that oven to be spotless right. But when coating the screens try your best to not leave any slop of emulsion from migrating into the oven. If so, then maintain the oven by cleaning so often from emulsion left from coating. That is how the Pin Holes ARE CONTROLLED! Thanks!

Additional Upgrade

Poking around in a rebuild store and found a Doctors wall light for looking at x-ray films. I had to buy glue and racheted strap to fix the wooden frame. Also Aluminum taped the internal fixture to amplify the light. Now works and mounted in darkroom to inspect screens for pin holes instead of holding the screen above my head to the cieling lights to see them.
